Azucren's Chantilly Cream is one of the stars of Swiss Creative Pastry and Confectionery. It is a mixture of meringue and butter cream.
It is used to fill, cover and decorate cakes, sweet breads, chouxs, etc. Ideal for decorating fruit cocktails and preparing strawberries with cream. As a complement to decorate puddings, pies, tarts, mousse, custards, jellies, coffee, milkshakes and all kinds of ice creams.

Ingredients: Sugar, dehydrated glucose syrup, emulsifiers (E-471 and E-472f), partially hydrogenated palm oil, hydrogenated coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, milk protein, stabiliser (E516, E263, E339, E340, E350), thickener E401, E463, anti-caking agent E341. May contain traces of eggs, gluten, soya and lupin.
Method of preparation (for 1 portion): Mix 150 g of the preparation with 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at maximum speed. Variation: can be mixed with only 200 ml of milk or only 200 ml of water. Keeps for several days in the refrigerator, mixing again before use.
