Wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, raising agents E500, E450, E341 vegetable oil and fat (turnip), skimmed cocoa powder, emulsifier E472b (palm, turnip seed) - E477 (palm), dried glucose syrup, soya flour, colouring agents E172, E129, salt, thickener E466, E415, flavouring. E129 may have negative effects on the activity and attention span of children and may contain traces of: Egg, milk and lupin.

Preheat oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). -Prepare all the ingredients at room temperature. -Put the mix, water, eggs and vegetable oil in a bowl. -Cook for 6-8 minutes until you get a fluffy dough. -Pour the batter into a greased baking tin (half or 2/3 full) and bake the cake in the oven.
