Simply add water and/or milk, mix and it's instantly ready to use. With this variation you can enjoy the best of the Crema Encantada texture and the rich taste of chocolate.
Preparation: For one serving of Crem Encantada, mix 150 g of mix, 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. The cream can be used immediately, as a filling or for decoration. The cream produced can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stirring before reuse. If preferred, the mixture can also be prepared with just milk (200 ml) or just water (200 ml), to make it more or less creamy. One portion of Crema Encantada is enough to fill 2 layers and cover 1 cake (Ø25 cm) or to make swirls in approximately 24-30 cupcakes.
