Preparation: Ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix 300 g mixture with 70 g egg white, add the colouring of your choice. Mix at high speed for min. 5 minutes. Fill a piping bag and make circles in a macaronmat. Leave to set for two hours. Preheat the oven to 140°C (convection oven 130°C). Bake for 15 minutes.
