To make icing with the albumen, simply mix 10 grams of product with 60 ml of water, a few drops of lemon juice and 300-500 grams of Icing Sugar (depending on the required density).
10 grams of albumen + 60 ml. of water is equivalent to 2 egg whites. The mixture should be used within a maximum of 4 hours.
Store in a dark place, 15-22°C.
