A ready-made sugar paste specially formulated for coating cakes. It stands out for its great elasticity and resistance, which guarantees a professional finish no matter how thin it is rolled out (even up to 1 millimetre without risk of cracking). In addition, its durability to temperature variations and its ability to withstand humid environments make it the ideal choice for any pastry project.
It is advisable to knead the dough by hand for at least two minutes before application to achieve an elastic and workable texture. In case this is not sufficient, it is suggested to heat it briefly in the microwave at 700 watts for a maximum of 10 seconds.
It is perfectly suitable for the preparation of cakes that need to be refrigerated. In addition, it can be easily coloured with powdered or fat-soluble gel food colouring. Its subtle vanilla fragrance enhances its sweetness, creating a harmonious combination with the flavour of the cake.
