Preparation: Ingredients should be at room temperature. For one serving: add 125 ml of water to 125 g of the mixture and beat with a whisk. Then allow the mixture to stand at room temperature for at least one hour. Beat 150 g unsalted butter (cream) for about 5 minutes until creamy. Add some of the mixture to the butter and beat until the mixture is completely absorbed before adding the next part. Once all the mixture has been added, beat to a smooth buttercream (approx. 10 minutes). One portion of buttercream is enough to fill and cover a 20 cm cake, or to decorate approximately 12 cupcakes.
