Use this silicone mould to make a gingerbread man.
The moulds are made in Europe and meet all current food standards.
Recipe card included.
Material: Food grade, professional quality, 100% platinum silicone. Ultra-flexible, non-stick mould. Dimensions: 27.5 x 22 x 4 cm.
Suitable for use in oven, microwave, fridge, freezer.
Suitable for temperatures from -20°C to + 230°C.
Suitable for dishwasher, electric and conventional ovens.
Precautions for use: Do not place the mould in direct contact with a naked flame or on an electric hotplate. Do not use tools with sharp edges on the mould. Do not place the mould in the oven unless all cavities are full (fill empty cavities with water).
1st use: wash the mould in lukewarm water without detergent or in a dishwasher. Butter the mould for the first use only.
Warning: Carefully remove the staples or string to separate the mould from the recipe card.
