This mould can be used in the refrigerator, freezer, microwave and oven. High temperature resistance (-20°C to + 230°C). Dishwasher safe. This mould is recommended for entremets (to set in the freezer).
Prepare a dessert for the holidays or a special event. Place your cake in the freezer for at least 24 hours, take it out of the freezer and let it thaw in the fridge for about 4 hours. For even more success, top it with our mirror glaze or a homemade one!
