Material: Professional quality food-grade silicone
Mat dimensions: 28 x 380 cm For 48 shells, i.e. 24 macaroons with a diameter of 3.5 cm.

Suitable for oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.
Suitable for temperatures from -20°C to + 230°C.
Suitable for dishwasher, electric and conventional ovens.

Precautions for use: Do not place the mould in direct contact with a naked flame or on an electric hotplate. Do not use tools with sharp edges on the mould. Do not put the mould in the oven if all cavities are not filled (fill empty cavities with water).

First use: wash the mould in hot water without detergent or in the dishwasher. Grease the mould with butter only on first use.

Warning: Carefully pull the staples or the tie to separate the mould from the recipe card.
