CONCENTRATED GALLETA MARIA PASTE 300gr AZUCREN

Paste obtained by using selected materials based on fruit and concentrated juices. It is used to flavour ice cream or confectionery products and to optimise colouring with natural colouring agents. 

Ingredients:  Glucose syrup, water, milk powder, sugar, flavouring, stabilisers: E-406 and E-440i, colouring agent: E160a, E150d.

Recommended dose: 50g/kg of mix.
