Melt chocolate easily with these FunCakes Chocolate Melts. Can be melted in the microwave or bain-marie. Use in a mould to make chocolates, or create chocolate decorations, icings and drizzles.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place between 8 and 20°C.
Preparation: Pour the melts into a microwave-safe container. Melt at maximum power (±800W) in the microwave. To distribute the temperature evenly, stir the chocolate every 15/20 seconds and stir well. Stop heating when the chocolate is almost completely melted (small pieces of chocolate are still visible). Continue stirring until the chocolate is dissolved. Make sure not to add water.
