Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180º C. For 12 muffins you have to mix 500gr of mix with 22o ml of vegetable A.and 200ml of water, low speed 5 minutes until you get a homogeneous dough where you can add filling to taste. Pour the batter into paper moulds and bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
