EN - Sugar, glucose syrup (dehydrated), egg white (dehydrated), acidifier: E330. Allergens: see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: gluten, milk, soya and lupines.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
EN - Sieve 450g of preparation. Then mix with 55ml of water to obtain a real solid glaze consistency. Mix the mixture and water for approx. 7-10 minutes at low speed, until the glaze is white, does not shine and has the desired consistency. Be careful if you use a manual mixer, as it can get stuck.
