METHOD OF PREPARATION:
EN - Prepare all ingredients at room temperature. For one portion, mix 125g of the preparation by hand with 125ml of water, and leave to stand at room temperature for at least one hour. Beat 150g of butter (cream), unsalted for 5 minutes until creamy. Add previous preparation to the butter in parts, mixing each one completely before adding the next part. Mix everything together until a smooth cream is formed
