METHOD OF PREPARATION:
EN - Mix 500 grams of preparation with 80 grams of water, 3 eggs (150 grams), 140 grams of vegetable oil (=150ml) and 150 grams of grated carrot. Add chopped nuts to taste and/or moistened sultanas. Mix the dough slowly for 5 minutes and pour it into a baking tin. The baking tin should be 20 cm long if it is square or 22 cm long if it is round. Bake the cake at 175 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
